A panel can be an informal discussion in the form of a presentation or even a workshop. They are the perfect opportunity to discover Japanese subcultures or the geek world.
Cosplay, the world of Sumo, idols, video game design, anime musicals or Takarazuka theater, Gunpla, scale models, board games, Japanese cuisine, keishas, traditional dance your favorite anime… There is no limit! It’s an event organized by fans for fans.
By presenting one or more panels, you may receive a discount or even a full refund of your badge. More info in the form.
This year, we’re excited to announce a more generous refund policy for our presenters! Ticket refunds will now follow this structure: $25 per presenter for hosting one workshop, and $50 per presenter for hosting two workshops. This new measure aims to better recognize your contribution and involvement in our activities. Thank you for being part of this amazing adventure!
